Users are responsible for content they upload or share, including messages, images, task descriptions, and reviews. We may remove content that violates our policies.

Identity verification is not a guarantee of safety or conduct. We do not promise “safe users” — only “identity verification completed”.
YeshMishu (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the YeshMishu platform.
Identity and authentication information
To improve platform safety and reduce fraud, YeshMishu may collect and process identity verification information from certain users.
This may include government-issued identification, selfie or liveness verification, authentication metadata, verification status, and device and login security information.
Verification information is stored using commercially reasonable security measures and may be processed through trusted third-party verification providers.
YeshMishu does not guarantee the behavior, honesty, or safety of verified users.

- Payment information: preferred payment methods for platform-related charges (processed via secure providers)
- Usage information: tasks posted or accepted, ratings, reviews, messages, activity history
- Device and technical information: device type, IP address, app version, operating system, diagnostic data
- Location information (with permission): to show nearby tasks and improve matching

3. Payments
Payments between users are generally handled outside the Platform using third-party payment methods.
YeshMishu may process platform-related fees and may allow users to store a preferred payment method for convenience.
Payment information may be processed through secure third-party providers and infrastructure services such as Supabase.
We take commercially reasonable measures to protect payment-related data; however, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
5. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for protecting their own accounts and credentials.
7. Data retention
We retain information as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud.
8. Age requirements
YeshMishu is intended for users aged 16 and older. By using the Platform, users confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement applicable in their jurisdiction.
If required by local law, users under 18 must obtain parental or guardian permission before using the Platform.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your data, or withdraw consent for certain processing.
