Terms of Use

July 2026 · v2026-07

Identity verification is not a guarantee of safety or conduct. We do not promise “safe users” — only “identity verification completed”.

Welcome to YeshMishu (“the App”, “the Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). YeshMishu is a digital marketplace that connects people who need help with everyday tasks (“Seekers”) with people willing to help (“Helpers”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform (including the website and mobile applications), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Platform role — we are only a mediator

YeshMishu acts solely as an intermediary technology platform that helps Seekers and Helpers find each other, communicate, and arrange tasks.

YeshMishu does not itself provide transportation, delivery, shopping, moving, cleaning, handyman work, babysitting, senior care, pet care, or any other physical or professional service.

YeshMishu is not a party to any agreement between a Seeker and a Helper. We do not employ Helpers, do not act as their agent or employer, and do not supervise, direct, control, train, or manage how any task is performed.

We do not guarantee, endorse, or certify any user’s identity, skills, reliability, legality, safety, or suitability. Any listing, profile, rating, verification badge, or chat message is informational only and does not create a warranty by YeshMishu.

All negotiations, task details, timing, pricing for the Helper’s work, performance, and private payments are arranged directly between users, at their own risk and responsibility.

2. User responsibility and assumption of risk

You are solely responsible for: the tasks you post or accept; your conduct, communications, and accuracy of information; choosing whether to meet or engage another user; verifying identity and suitability to your satisfaction; complying with all applicable laws; and any private payment arrangements between users.

You acknowledge that tasks may involve physical work, travel, entry to private property, handling of goods, or interaction with people (including minors or seniors where permitted). You assume all risks related to such activities.

Seekers and Helpers are each responsible for their own behavior. YeshMishu is not responsible for misconduct, negligence, abuse, harassment, fraud, discrimination, criminal acts, or any other act or omission by a Seeker, Helper, or any third party.

If a dispute arises between users (including about quality, payment, damage, timing, or cancellation), users must resolve it between themselves. YeshMishu has no obligation to mediate, arbitrate, or compensate either party.

3. No responsibility for damages, injuries, or user misconduct

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YeshMishu and its operators, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any claim arising out of or related to use of the Platform or any task arranged through it, including but not limited to:

This exclusion applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, and whether YeshMishu was advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. Identity verification

To improve safety and trust, YeshMishu may require users (especially Helpers) to complete verification steps such as phone verification, government ID checks, selfie or liveness checks, and payment-preference confirmation.

You agree to provide accurate information. We may approve or reject verification, require additional checks, or suspend accounts that submit false or misleading information.

Verification is a risk-reduction measure only. It is not a guarantee, background check warranty, or endorsement of any user’s future conduct.

5. Payments

Payment for a Helper’s work is generally made privately between Seeker and Helper (for example Bit, PayBox, cash, or bank transfer), unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific feature.

YeshMishu may charge platform fees (usage, commission, subscription, or promotional fees). Platform fees, when collected, are separate from amounts paid to Helpers.

Preferred payment methods shown in the App are for user convenience and private handoff. YeshMishu does not intentionally store full sensitive card credentials except as needed through authorized payment providers.

Users are responsible for authorized and accurate payment details. Platform fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

YeshMishu is not a bank, escrow agent, or insurer of private payments between users.

6. Ratings and reviews

After eligible interactions, users may leave ratings and short reviews.

We may remove fake, abusive, or manipulative reviews and may limit visibility of suspicious activity. Ratings are user opinions, not statements by YeshMishu.

7. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform. Users aged 16–18 may use the Platform only where permitted by local law and remain fully responsible for their activity; parents or guardians must supervise where required.

Certain higher-risk categories (for example moves, late-night tasks, or high-value goods) may be limited to verified adults.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

8. Prohibited activities

You may not use the Platform for illegal or harmful purposes. Without limitation, the following are prohibited:

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create safety or legal concerns, engage in fraud, abuse other users, or harm the Platform. We may also remove content or restrict features at our discretion.

10. Platform availability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YeshMishu’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total platform fees (if any) you paid to YeshMishu in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive claims for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where a limitation is not allowed, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent required by law.

You use the Platform at your own risk. No security measure is absolute.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YeshMishu and its operators from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your tasks or services, your interactions with other users, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Tel Aviv–Yafo, Israel.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date and version will change when we do. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Platform.
