Identity verification

To improve safety, trust, and platform integrity, YeshMishu may require certain users, including Helpers, to complete identity verification procedures.

Verification may include phone number verification, government-issued identification, selfie or liveness checks, and payment method verification.

Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information during verification.

Verification does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or certification of a user’s conduct, reliability, or suitability.

1. Platform role

YeshMishu acts solely as an intermediary platform that enables communication between users.

YeshMishu does not provide transportation, delivery, labor, moving, cleaning, repair, or any other physical services.

YeshMishu is not a party to agreements between users, does not employ Helpers, and does not supervise, control, guarantee, or verify the quality, legality, safety, suitability, or completion of any task or service.

All interactions, agreements, payments, and arrangements are made directly between users at their own responsibility.

2. User responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the tasks they post or accept, their conduct and communications, payments between parties, verifying identities and suitability, and compliance with local laws and regulations.

Users acknowledge that any engagement with another user is entirely at their own risk.

3. No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YeshMishu shall not be liable for injury, death, accidents, damages, loss or theft of property, fraudulent activity, incomplete or poor-quality services, disputes between users, payments made outside the Platform, or the conduct of any user.

YeshMishu does not guarantee availability of services, reliability of users, successful completion of tasks, or accuracy of listings or communications.

4. Payments

Payments for tasks and services are generally made directly between users using external payment methods such as Bit, PayBox, bank transfer, cash, or other mutually agreed methods.

YeshMishu may charge platform usage fees, service fees, commissions, subscription fees, or promotional fees.

To support platform-related charges, users may optionally store a preferred payment method within the Platform. Payment information is processed using industry-standard security measures and third-party infrastructure providers.

YeshMishu does not intentionally store full sensitive payment credentials unless required for payment processing through authorized providers.

Users are responsible for ensuring that payment details provided are accurate and authorized for use.

Platform fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5. Ratings and reviews

Users may rate and review one another after completed interactions.

YeshMishu reserves the right to remove fake or abusive reviews, suspend accounts involved in fraud or manipulation, and limit visibility of suspicious activity.

6. User accounts and eligibility

Users must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.

Users aged 16–18 may use the Platform only if such use is permitted under applicable local law and they accept full responsibility for their activity.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors using the Platform where required by law.

Certain high-risk task categories may be limited to verified adults only. Minors may be restricted from moving jobs, risky deliveries, late-night tasks, or transport of high-value goods.

7. Prohibited activities

YeshMishu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

• Using the Platform for illegal activities
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Posting false or misleading information
• Circumventing platform fees dishonestly
• Sharing harmful, dangerous, or prohibited content
• Impersonating another person

8. Account suspension

We may suspend, limit, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create safety concerns, engage in fraudulent behavior, or harm the integrity of the Platform.

9. Platform availability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, availability, or error-free functionality.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YeshMishu’s total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid to the Platform in the previous 12 months.

Users waive claims for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

YeshMishu shall not be liable for user conduct, services provided by users, injuries, damages, losses, theft, delays, disputes, accidents, interactions involving minors, external payment services, or unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

While YeshMishu uses commercially reasonable security measures, no platform can guarantee absolute security. Users use the Platform at their own risk.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless YeshMishu and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, or disputes arising from their use of the Platform, their interactions with other users, or their violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
